Scope and availability

These terms cover use of the Selligo public website. Product access is being prepared; any paid subscription, service commitments and commercial terms will be agreed separately before purchase. Website descriptions do not establish a service-level guarantee or a promise that all planned integrations are available.

Acceptable use

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to distribute harmful material. You must have appropriate authority and consent before providing another person’s information to Selligo.

Automation and third-party services

AI-assisted drafts and qualification outputs require appropriate human review. Businesses remain responsible for their messages, consent, decisions and compliance with connected platform requirements. Third-party services have their own terms and availability limits. Selligo is not represented as endorsed or approved by Meta, WhatsApp or other platforms.

Intellectual property

Selligo branding and original website content belong to their respective rights holders. You may view and link to this website; these terms do not grant a licence to copy the branding or resell the service. Third-party names are used only to describe integrations.

Information and responsibility

We aim to keep this website accurate and may change its content as the product develops. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or suitability for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
